Apologies and Updates

I have not had a lot of time for the blog over the last few weeks. Havent had a lot of time for a lot of things actually.Its all good things that are hogging the time: wifes new job leaves me with the kids alone 1 full day, I have been working on two high priority emergency exorcism cases, its summer so the family also deserves a little Daddy/Hubby time. So without further ado here are the apologies:

• I apologize for not getting the White Mahakala amulets out sooner. Most of them have already arrived, but the last of them went out today.
• I apologize for letting cycle 3 of the  course catch up to cycle 1 and 2. If I did not write the course “live” with the pressure of doing it for paying students, it would never have gotten done. The good news is that lesson 52 is being written and I hope to get it out on Monday, which will actually keep you right on schedule.
• I apologize to Al Billings for not writing up an awesome article for Pagan Dharma yet. Its a great and much needed website. Though most of the scene is not there are an increasing amount of people in the Dharma scene that ARE interested in magic, ritual, offerings, and such.
• I apologize to readers of the blog here for the lack of content lately. It’s just been really fucking busy.
• I apologize to several store owners and festival organizers for not getting back to them. Again, it has been hard to make time for public appearances – even the ones I get paid for – that’s how busy it has been

Let me also pre-emtively smack the crap out of anyone that is going to comment to this post mentioning mercury-retrograde as a reason for any of the above. Let me point out the following:
1. It has been crazy for longer than that.
2. I am busy, not unorganized or disjointed. I am actually getting an amazing amount of stuff done, I am just not getting EVERYONES stuff done as fast as they and I would like.
3. I generally think that mercury retro has about as much influence over my life as the weather. Its a factor that is planned for and counterbalanced. I am using a modified Heptasphere/Google Sky ritual for that.

Now come the updates:

• I am teaching a free class in Job Magic this Saturday at Thelesis Lodge in Philadelphia.
• I am teaching an all day seminar in Astral Magic at Ostara in Bethlehem PA
• I am teaching classes in Advanced Elemental Magic at Mystic Spirit in Montclair NJ on Oct 4th and Nov 15th.
• I will be teaching on a topic TBA at the Crucible convention on Oct 1st
• I will be doing a class or two at Mystical Tymes New Hope PA, and Magical Realms in the Bronx very soon. Dates and topics TBA
